He has a new plan now. He wants to buy back our debts from other countries when interest rates are high. Which they've been kept low to encourage economic growth and he even admitted low rates are preferable. But IF it ever happens the money will come out of thin air and we'll save a few dollars by paying the other countries at that time.

TLDR; Trump evidently is going to wait for the economy to do well and interest rate to rise so he can tank the economy by printing a whole bunch of money and paying off our debts (Where else would the money come from).

It's fairly easy to understand what he says: "Vote for me bitches! I don't care what garbage I have to feed you as long as you vote for me!". It's not like politicians are known for their honesty.. the only thing different for him is really that others try to pretend to have a somewhat definite stance on certain topics, where he just meta-games the average American. I mean it has been said countless times throughout the ages that people want to be lied to but no one so far actually put that to the test on the grand stage of the US election (afaik). Trump actually does put it to the test and it seems to (sadly) work for him, though I doubt he means most of the things he says, which makes his (hopefully theoretical) presidency a complete mystery. Thats the real issue here, not what he means when he says it now, but what he would actually do if he had any power?

When you ask somebody a direct question about the future and they then ignore that question and monologue about things they have done in the past to try and show off, that is not answering that question, it is avoiding that question, it's that simple.
