I don't think he knows much tbh, like the did a giveaway around 7 weeks ago and made you make a lvl 1 on a German realm and he just took random people to whisper for a key.
Only issue is there were like 500 people there and it phased constantly so half the time he couldn't even see you, still he just continued the contest as a '' well fuck you if you get phased '' thing.

Above comment is pretty much correct, Germans are notorious for refusing to speak English.
Went to Germany once for a car show and never had that much trouble when asking '' do you speak English ? '' to receive a yes as reply.

He has to do a raffle
you need to have at least 1 loki for joining the raffle
it would be hard if you don't speak german (whatever that means, he has to do raffle so well..)
