They aren't even remotely at capacity, if they are still using the mop beta servers they can fit nearly 1 million testers on it.

I don't really know if they gain anything by adding more yet. The quality of feedback seems to fall with each wave. It seems likely that they are at the point where they are mostly stress testing.

So their could be more their might not be for a while its hard to say.
