I will be soooo happy if Warcraft gets a very high score... I don't want my hopes to be up in the air just yet, but based on all those positive reactions, Duncan must have done something right
I found this post pretty funny on 4chan, pretty much sums up a lot of haters of the film:
>I've never wanted a movie to fail as bad as I do this one. Call me pathetic, I don't care. I put 10 years of my pitiful life into this piece of shit.
>What did I get? A total butchering of the game I loved. I watched over the years as the fanbase that I grew up with was demolished in favor of retards who couldn't play worth a damn.
>And now, those same retards are smug and hold contempt for good players, and deem them "elitists". I haven't played since 2014, but I still have hatred left over for Blizzard, the WoW community, and the abomination they created.
>If any company deserves to taste failure, it's them.
I've heard similar arguments from people who watched other movies next to me in 4D. And I completely disagreed with them. I absolutely adore 4D. It transforms an average movie into a great one for me, and a great one into 2 hours of pure enjoyment the likes of which I run into maybe once every few months.

I assume he's referring to the plot twists and the deaths.
Well, ditto. I donno, the guy is obviously crazy.
Yes, I know that although the undead horde was already a trope in fantasy by that time.
Plus the "blue eyes" thing also had something to do with folklore and the soul I think.
I would guess, Tirion could be a reference ( it is also a real name of course), Blizzard had actually refereced the title of the series in the Undead mission " A symphony of frost and flame" > "a song of ice and fire"
That Rotten Tomatoes girl made me want to taste the contents of an ash tray.
She is the representation of someone who doesn't know how to have expectations
"Video game movies suck"
THAT'S NOT BECAUSE IT'S BASED ON A GAME, IT'T BECAUSE THE CREATORS HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING
FUCK
Warcraft has a fantastic team and will do freaking great, god I dislike her.
In other news, I can't wait for all these dumbasses to eat their words when the movie breaks AT LEAST 400M
World of Warcraft: Shadowblands
Diablo Bore.
It's more of a ripoff of Darth Vader's story than anything else.
Bright young man is brought up and trained in a mystical art and combat by the best
of the best, until a personal loss causes his gradual decent into evil. Eventually he seeks
out more power in order to save others, but in doing so he kills a former mentor and
loses himself in the quest to save everyone else- a quest which he eventually abandons
as he becomes more evil. His rise to power causes the destruction of the majority of his
religious order.
Upon becoming fully evil, he has donned a new and terrifying suit of armor and weapon.
He then goes with his new found evil power to a dark base, where he reigns for years.
His people build giant fortresses of death, which take out multiple civilizations / worlds
but are eventually felled by a group of heroes. His army is beaten left and right, and the
rag tag group take on his home base. After a fight, they are defeated, as the plan was to
bring the heroes in and bring them over to his side. Inexplicably, the evil is overcome
and the dark lord is felled. Said lord has a moment of humanity as he lays dying and is
put to rest by a blood relative.
Yeah Arthas is more fantasy's Darth Vader. Any similarities to GoT though are coincidental.
