Dawn of War 3 looks like it will give me my RTS fix I need since completing Starcraft 2. Total War, Warhammer, while great is more a grand strategy game like civ with battles being done as an RTS. Which fills a nice niche that a lot of people enjoy.
At the moment Mobas are all the rage, but their time will come. Just like RTS we had a one or two solid mobas then loads of "clone" games get released to cash in on the hype of others. C&C clones were a real thing back in the 90s. So many shit RTS games came out that I played as I wanted more RTS. The market killed it self basically.
