It's less than 2 months. If they're nonBOP stuff like all the millions of BOEs out of salvage crates just mail them to an alt. They can sit in an alt mailbox for a month, then get bounced back and have another month to sit in yours. Before they expire the patch would be out.

Its the same person that leaked WoD pre-patch date accurately and knew about demon hunters well before it was announced on gamescom. I think the date makes sense.

He doesn't have to be reliable source. You can see the date yourself and you could get a conclusion that July 19th makes sense, since that is how much usually pre-patch lasts before release.

Exactly. Might as well have checked the weather and saw an 80% chance of rain over the weekend and said "It will rain sometime on Saturday." Going out of one's way to cast strong doubt on it is kinda silly.

The reason he is most likely correct is because of his past posts. You can look at those yourself and see he accurately predicted WoD prepatch, Demon Hunters, and a few other things.

Earliest the pre-patch can possibly launch: July 19. Latest it can possibly launch: August 2.

Depends on what Blizzard wants to do really. Historically pre-patches have lasted 4 weeks (this would make it August 2). If they want to get 6 weeks out of this one though, it's possible they could launch it on July 19 (if it's ready by then).

That's not a source, that's a prediction.

Blizzard usually puts out the pre-expansion patch 30 days from luanch ( closest Tuesday) but they have gone 3 months and 2 months in the past. It really depends are they happy with it yet.
As a guess, I'd put the patch before the movie release so new players would get the new stuff right away.

The date is plausibie. Prepatches usually came out 4-5 weeks before expansion launch and this is 42 days before launch (6 weeks), just a slightly longer period.

Even if it's not 19.07, it won't be much farther off that date.

Isn't it more plausible that the prepatch hits near after the release of the movie?

People see the movie, get interested in WoW, play the game and when they start to get the hang of their class, the entire gameplay changes to legion-style and they need to learn it again. It seems dumb to me, to release the prepatch in July.

Well, no. It's almost June now and they're just now getting into the tuning phase, there's still a ton of serious bugs and level100-locked tuning is almost certainly not the focus, yet.

that means we should expect the pre patch to release around this date, so we dont take it for granted, while we ain't saying its 100% fake either
