Have you ever been duped into a screamer or jump scare? How'd you feel?

Assuming you take revenge at all, that is. Let's just say I am a curiously bored person and someone suggested to me a "visual novel" (you don't wanna know what the fuck this is) and upon doing some brief digging around for what this is I was treated to a fucking gore screamer and porn. Holy shit the hell I unleashed at this asshole that introduced me to this freaky ass garbage was legendary and I'm still reeling from the horror of knowing people enjoy shit like what I witnessed. It's not so different from when I was younger, and I was suggested this "real ghost" video of an empty chair that turned into a screamer.

Fuck these people. What if they give someone a stroke? I mean, how do you feel about this MMO C?

One of my very close friends lost my trust due to the jeff the killer screamer. Basically jeff the killers face flashing with a loud screaming sound. It took me a very long time to get over it, I had nightmares. The first one that I ever saw though, my teacher got the whole class once in 8th grade. It was that stupid car commercial one, where the car is on a pleasant road before disappearing behind trees, then something scary pops up. I had reoccuring nightmares from that until I was 18, I still think about it and sweat.

When I was younger my buddy sent me this link to a "Where's Waldo" picture.... You should have seen how close I was to the screen trying to find the fucker, and then some dead looking girl pops up with a full volume scream a minute later.

Luckily never happened to me, possibly because anyone who knows me would only consider doing it to end our friendship. Trust is much more easily broken than built, and i dont do well around people where i have to be constantly aware of hidden intentions.

There was this web page people would send others to. It was flash or something, very well done. It was anime, a girl walking down a street, no big deal. Suddenly her leg bent backwards and her neck twisted, combined with a loud sound it scared the crap out of you.

Pretty funny.

But people have been sending others to scary or disgusting sites for as long as the internet has been around.

I was watching the car one with the low volume, I leaned over to get something to had to take the headphones off like .5 seconds before the thing popped up to scream and I looked back, saw it and could hear a little something from the headphones. /shrug

I did get freaked out going down the Scar in WoW, late at night, sat back down after getting something, headphones in but hadn't been wearing them but i put them on when i sat down out of habit. Volume was up kinda high, rotated the camera right into a zombie that yelled at me... freaked me out like, WTF.

Happens to me like every week because I click all links in twitch chat. The knocking one had me stumped for a good 10 minutes the first time.

How do you even see links in the chat? Every stream I know either banned links or has a chat with the speed of light.

When I was younger I was duped into one of these screamer videos I nearly shat myself. Then I went through a phase where I would pause every youtube video I went on then checked the comments to see if anyone said it was a screamer that lasted until I was about 19.
