    when did mmochampion turn into world of warcraft champion

    there is other less popular mmo forums on this website
    but they don't seem to get much attention anymore
    years ago they would have their stuff right next to wow stuff
    now they only post wow stuff
    i only come to this forum for wow stuff anyway but thats not the point

    Most non-wow MMOs only get talked about a lot before they come out, when everyone still has hopes that it'll be good. But the days of a flood of new MMOs coming up is over, so everyone settles back down into wow.

    Never been anything else than a WoW fansite. Other MMO's only come up on the frontpage when there is a big news.

    And they have had a lot of D3, Hearthstone, SC2, Hots and Overwatch stuff here as well, which is not MMO-related.
    This site should be called Blizzard & Friends, but who knew what the future would be 10+ years ago? It would be dumb to rename it.

    MMO-champion has always been mainly focused on WoW. Only exceptions were Star Wars and Rift every now and then when they were at their heyday. But even that was just for a few major things with a small front page post.

    This has always been a WoW fansite.. Literally :/ They have posted about other MMO's in the past but tbh none of the other MMO's are really worth mentioning :/

    isn't it a blizz supported fansite now? been that way for a while

    i do remember the days when other mmo's were mentioned, but i guess it's down to chaud and boub to do with it as they wish, or as their curse contracts tell them
