Specs for a new build. Budget £1200

Hey guys. I'm looking for some advice on a build for a budget of £1200. I don't know anything about current specs, kinda out of the loop. I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Add in a custom GTX 1070 that will set you back an expected 350-400£ when it's available later this month.
    i7-6700K for an extra ~65£

Infairness if your sig is your current syste, your CPU is still decent, the only real thing needing to upgrade is the GPU.

i am tempted to agree with this. depending on what motherboard you have you could maybe swap in an unlocked cpu for overclocking.. and grab another 8gb ram if you are struggling with 8gb.

maybe fill in the sticky and tell us why you feel you need an upgrade and we can answer questions and offer suggestions better!
