I don't know if it's necessarily Photoshop, looks like she is wearing a LOT of makeup in her FB photos and she takes the photos at a flattering angle. She also looks like her weight fluctuates a lot, whether it is due to eating habits or hormones (women who retain a lot of water weight due to hormonal reasons can look very different right before and after their period).
