Can you do the same with character copy?

I haven't managed to copy a character yet, but some people have. For some it took 50 attempts, others 4-5. It WILL work eventually, just gonna take some time!

Probably the same for every realm. Whatever is lowest pop in your region I would guess.

With how long I've been trying I'm starting to doubt it myself... Doesn't change the fact that I DID see someone who had made a character copy ingame

I 100% agree, SV just feels really good to me
and the spear animation feels so satisfying

You can make premades (and quest them through the WoD starting scenario in Tanaan, yaaaay). Only character copy doesn't work.

Ahh...didn't know there was premades...I suppose I can try some classes I like in the Beta that I don't have high levels of currently till character copy is up.

Apparently it is up. You just need to be very lucky because the bottleneck is small.
P.s. I give up for today. Hope I'll have better luck tomorrow.
