You're seriously in for a treat with Suramar, then. Suramar City is absolutely magnificent. Just wait until you see it. It's not ruins, it's a pristine elven city. And it's gigantic. And gorgeous. Probably bigger than Stormwind City, too.

yeah, i've seen, I want more, you no how long i've waited for pre-sundering night elven cities? since day one of their introduction - explored all of Kalimdor - was met by ruins, ruins, ruins, Vashj'ir - ruins, Azshara ruins, deoslace - the whole lot, u know i was excited for the shend'relar highborne returning with magic, but what a disappointment, nothing got rebuilt, in fact turns out there were like 10-20 of them only - i knew rebuilding won't be happening any time soon (lorewise).. so when they brough Suramar, with the nightborne - i was like yay - i want them to have those night elves go round and fix everything up. (i know it will not happen, but i could wish).

now after seeing Suramar, my appetite is hungry for more, i'm like, when is it Silvermoon's turn and Quel'danis? I want this in-game:


i'll take this over any second night elven city .. just to have it in wow.

Ok, I will admit that you are right there. I will admit that this news triggered flashbacks of Farahlon and Tannan and it made me unhappy due to that.

But you're right. They did say WoD was filled with mistakes and acknoledged that several times. So I will just stop posting in this thread and reserve my judgement for when the first patch will already be on the way, since by then we'll know what the second patch is and a glimpse of the third.

That's the only healthy way to go about it. WOD did have many mistakes and most of them were a result of attempting to do 1 year expansions while squeezing enough content in between. Admitting they will never go back to that idea and that customers also love longer expansions should help return to the better ones in MOP/LK/BC again.

But if they burn us again they'll definitely lose the trust of many people for good. They can't afford to do that.

We were promised a lot of things in WOD which never made it live. For some reason you don't understand why people are skeptical of blizzard? Fool me once shame on you..fool me twice shame on me.

No. People saw a peek inside of Development at Blizzcon during the WOD announcement, asked questions and jumped to conclusions. Then got upset their conclusions weren't the same thing Blizzard decided on.

It was already finish, a multi-layered zone bigger then Suramar and with 500 quests.
