What of Outland at the actual time concerning the lore ?

I was wondering what happened to outland in terms of lore, its nothing related to warlods.

I read a lot of times that it got destroyed by the twisting nether (because it was already unstable and being consumed) during the campaign against the lich king (lore wise, this whole post is lore-wise) but i wasnt able to find any confirmation of this so i'm asking here if anyone knows if its just a told tale or actually canon

Now that we know the lore timeline of BC the destruction thing seems very plausible, given the black temple event happened merely 2 months after the opening of the gate, it would make sense that it didnt last for much years after that

Sooo that's it, anyone got book names or comic that reference this matter ? Thanks

It blew up during the "Beyond the Dark Portal" novel of the Second War when the Sons of Lothar attacked the orcs on Draenor. The planet was destroyed and the shattered fragments that comprise Outland are in the Twisting Nether.

I know that dude comon i'm talking about the state of outland as we knew it during BC, i read that OUTLAND was destroyed (AFTER BC) but never could find blue/canon proofs of it, but i read it so often that i think i just can't remember where it is

Given that during BC its clearly established that it is slowly disagregating, i was just wondering where i can find a phrase (a canon one) that explicitly states that outland is gone.

Outland isn't gone, nor has it been stated that it was. The only thing we know is, that it, cannonically, is getting worse day by day as it's falling apart piece by piece, but it's a slow process, but an ongoing one.

Outland is still there floating about the twisting nether as a floating wreck of a planet. I think many of the people there from TBC are still there.

Plus Warlocks go to the Black Temple in MoP, so Outland was still standing lore-wise then.

^ Regarding WotLK, in case anybody asks, canonically the scourge are just kind of chilling out there and not actively killing anybody any more. At least, I believe there was a blue post saying as much.
