Police forces are en route; no casualty report so far (25 civilians hit by tear gas); the person has barricaded himself inside, no info about possible hostages.

25 people were injured because of irritant gas. The person is currently hiding inside, might or might not have hostages. Please do not jump to conclusions unless we're getting official news from the police.
