what you've linked is alleged "harassment" by traffic police and security, and not leaving a poop on a carpet you were talking about in previous post. And what is meant by harassment?

Trudeau said harassment by Russian security agents and traffic police had been an issue over the past two years, but did not give details of incidents nor why it was raised with Putin.

Maybe were they stopped for driving a car while drunk or something like this - we don't know. I don't know about murican diplomats, but some of the US citizens, for example, murican soldiers, behave like spoiled brats in some countries US has bases in (like Japan or Baltics).
