When i was lving with people who worked swing shift we ate dinner at 10:30 at night but we also didnt got to bed till around 3am.

most of the time I don't eat breakfest.

so coffee 9am-11am depends when I get up
lunch I eat sandwiches mostly with iced tea depends 1pm-3pm depends
dinner is random food wise I like to make different things 5:30-7:30pm
I drink Alot of iced tea with lemon or green tea with honey
I snack at night as well.. that also depends on the time of year
if its cold ill drink lots of hot tea. my fav is sleepytime tea
I'm American I dont know many people that drink tea like I do /shrug

Coffee and tea are my fav things to drink

Damn that's a lot. I tend to have a small breakfast (usually a protein shake) and my main meal is lunch. That's typically it, unless I know I'm going out to dinner later. Which is typically around 7-8.

Because it's healthier for you to do so. It's not good to eat big meals close to or near the time you would go to sleep.

I eat dinner anywhere between 4pm and 7pm and I'm European, eating dinner at nearly midnight is fucking stupid, I go to bed before that time for work, why would I want to eat dinner and then go to sleep 10 minutes later? Feel like shit in the morning as it is without sleeping on a full stomach.

Don't even understand why this is a debating point, eat when you're hungry or when you feel it's right, not when some social structure dictates that you should.
