This is actually not clear - there have been courts that ruled either way. But it is not hidden somewhere on the site, it is very visible on the sidebar on any stream. Again, the Parents should actually look at what their kids are doing while they are using the Internet. Not just dropping them off at the PC, and letting them sit there unsupervised. And not blame some unrelated Company that couldn't possibly prevent this from happening.

He(The Streamer I guess) didn't actually do anything. Yes, he could have handled the situation a lot better, but he has no experience in hosting such large Events, and is just one guy doing everything. This is the danger of live events - unplanned things happen, and you see it all life, no editing possible.

I could honestly care less about him "exposing viewers to porn". The fact that it happened was dumb, Twitch can handle his ban or his not-ban however their regulations see fit, etc.
Let's be honest here: The Internet is not television. Content on the Internet is not as heavily monitored as television is, so people can get away with a lot racier stuff on the Internet than they could on television, like screaming "FUCK" loudly, recording sessions of Cards Against Humanity, or drawing Dickbutts. This is not someone broadcasting porn on some haven for children like Cartoon Network or Nick Jr.; the lowest "rating" you can hope for on the Internet is PG-13, and WoW's subject matter is definitely a lot less suited for children to begin with. Criminal charges are a stretch.

What I AM upset about, is that he allegedly (as I haven't watched the VoD myself) had viewers essentially pay for keys that he received for an event to market Blizzard's product. That kind of piggybacking to line his own pockets seems like the kind of thing Blizzard could sue over, and honestly I'd be surprised if they tried to contact him for similar events in the future if they ever take notice of it.

Somone donated with a link to their screenshot, he liked it so he gave them a key, some people are saying he liked it so he gave them a key, well others are saying he gave them a key because they donated, however right after he told people to stop donating with links, as he was from now on only going to pick them off his feed, and not ones people have linked in donations
