Whether it the real thing is debatable, because the goal of the rhino horns is to be 100% identical to a rhinoceros horn that would grow on a rhino.
Most Africans don't kill rhinos for fun, they feel as if they're often forced to in order to supply the Vietnamese and Chinese markets and therefore get the money needed to feed their families.
It's not about what they look or feel like, it's about what it is and it is a rhino horn by genetics alone.
If you printed human hair in a lab from human DNA, it would still be human hair. Same applies to the rhino horns, in fact, both hair/fur and rhino horns are made up of keratin.
