First of all this click bait title to get all people to hate bandwagon, like when literally Swifty would have meant to expose people on it, but he did not mean to do it.

Secondly 'selling' beta keys.. Now he did not actually sell them. He didn't go out like "Send me to those pics via donation and you get beta key!". People them selves started to promote their pictures trough donation. Now in all streamers case if you don't read donation message you get bashed by community for not reading donation message.'

Third part related more to beta keys. Swifty didn't give all those who promoted their picture trough donation beta key. Only those he deemed to be worthy. During the Stream Swifty also did say stop sending them trough donations as it was supposed to be picked trough twitter or randomly selecting winners witch he also did and majority those codes was given that way.

Now for last part. There was some rampage exposing nudity for minors / children.. First of all all people should be nowadays be raised in the world where nudity is okay, it is natural thing you know? In my youth whole family went to bath at same time all naked (OMG) and no one so far has gotten serious issues in their life towards nudity.
I was 6 years old when I first came into contact with porn (magazine) and I don't think it have had hurt my way to adulthood.

As some others have pointed out why allow so young to watch stream when games age limit is rated teen? Teen people are being trained towards sexuality, anyhow in western countries at that age. Parents should know already what kind of place internet is. There is all kinds of things popping up wether you was looking for them or not.

One is neglect is either unintentional or intentional neglect to take a precaution on a streaming site that exists fully well knowing that the randomness of human nature could lead to things like this and expects the user to be able to accept taking that risk.


The other is going on a streaming site and exposing your genital area to the people watching.

donations were not required to get them, only 1 person who donated got a key ,the rest were 100% random off his twitter, and that one may have been co-incidence

except he dident preview it, it just popped up, without warning, how could he censor it or preiveiw it when he saw it the exact same time we did... yes he could have popped it up on his second monitor, thats where he messed up, but he dident "purposely show it to cause this ruckus" as that could risk his whole career

No, it's the Twitch Terms of Services, smarty. By using it, you are agreeing to be exposed to the element of human nature, which in some cases includes people being twats and trying to troll streamers so that they will accidentally expose their viewership to something they shouldn't be able to see.

You are expected to partway take responsibility for yourself, and if you're using Twitch, either to view or to stream, you are agreeing to that.


Regardless of what you think Swifty could have done to avoid that.
