You don't queue for the invasions, though. At least on the PTR from the last time I did it. It just showed up on the map and you'd fly to the event point.

In regards to the Pocket Fel Spreader. :x

I know thats part of a tweet chain starting with the Pocket thing but he also said the hunt for hidden THINGS plural, wonder if theres even more hidden things other then the pocket fel spreader. I know people still havnt found the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph in Azuna yet.

The latest blue post says the invasions will be out "second week of august."

Why?

Seriously, the patch is likely next week, but why wait to roll out the events? Why wait a whole month instead of a day or so? We don't need *that* long to become acclimated to the class changes.

A. Maybe they want to do more testing or it's not ready for live yet.

B. Hive more time for people coming back. Not everyone may be able to play on patch day or may take longer to adjust.

C. They don't want the event running for a monthand a half before launch.

It's probably gonna be a nod to what you could do to critters in WC3. If you clicked on them repeatedly, they'd eventually explode.

In response to the Broken Shore/ invasion stuff. After we did the test on beta for it...didn't they say thanks and we'll be doing it again in the future? Maybe that's when they'll straighten out the order it goes in. They better hurry though.

Wait...after reading the blog...it doesn't mention the Broken Shore...just invasions starting no later than 8/17. By logic, that would mean BS is first...correct?

Release candidate builds have shown up weeks before a patch release so it doesn't make the 19th more likely.
Not having a release build would make the 19th a lot less likely tho so there is that.

Pretty likely though. It's the Q&A tomorrow, release candidate a week before season ends and the usual pre patch on same day as season ends.

Just so you know, the experience of the prepatch for the expansion is way different from the expansion itself so please don't complain about the classes until you get your artifact.
