I ate a whole box of Fiber One in the space of two days, plus some other high fiber foods. Literally a minimum of 700% DV of fiber just from the cereal..after calling my useless POS of a doctor's office I called an RN friend of mine who told me to get some of this stuff, supposedly it's amazing but right now it's had absolutely zero effect after seven hours of taking it.
