There was no leak really, when the announced the end of the PVP season, that was pretty much the announcement for the pre patch release, like it's always been in the past with pre patch expansion releases.

Since im maining DH in Legion, will i be able to do the legion Invasions once they become available to play (for the xmogs mainly) or if i complete them on my mage, will i be able to xmog them on my dh later on down the track?

Broken shore is part of the lead up, I assume it will be very close to release or on release.

Transmog is "primary armour type only", so cloth items won't be moggable onto a Demon Hunter because DH primary armour type is leather, not cloth.

You will NOT be able to pvp talent on the 19th. The talents don't become active until 110.
