Hm, LFR for Nighthold seems to be active on Beta but it won't let me choose it in the Dungeon Finder tool. :/

It comes with the purchase of Legion. The pre-patch is content available for everyone, whether the purchase the expansion or not. So it doesn't come with the 100 boost. Unless you pre-order, of course. Then you receive it at the moment your account is upgraded.
