They mostly use crossbows with magic gem arrow heads. There's also the challenge mode gun which is clearly of draenei origin.

Draenei are advanced in magic tech and a large portion of their magic tech is based on magic crystals. Not just normal tech like gnomes and dwarves.

Their stuff backfires just as much as goblin tech

If Draenei were all that technologically advanced, they would have found the button in their space ships that deploys landing gear, instead of crashing everywhere they go.

I believe the comment on religious oligarchy was a joke, though I am unsure.

I like the Draenei, and Prophet Velen. I like the idea of the Prophet playing this cosmic chess match lasting thousands of years, trying to find the one timeline that doesn't end with the Legion destroying us all. My favorite alt at the moment is my Draenei paladin, and WoD has been a great lore expansion for them. At least for those of us who geek out on lore. Meeting Maraad in the Blasted Lands to discuss the invaders, watching the videos where he makes the case to Varian for a counter-invasion, following Maraad through the Black Gate, being met by AU Velen when you arrive in Shadowmoon Valley... Leveling through Shadowmoon Valley and Talador is a much richer experience when you're playing a Draenei, imho. Velen sacrificing himself to save us all and Maraad's heroic death, Yrel's taunt-brez on Durotan-Holy Avenger to overcome Blackhand were all pretty epic. Carrying Maraad's remains to Auchindoun, and seeing his spirit rise to play a part in Yrel's Exarch Trials was pretty awesome when you're playing a Draenei pally yourself.

All that said, I'm not sure my Draenei wants a seat on the Exodar if and when they ever get it moving. :P

Sometimes i think if there is something wrong with me, as i mostly cringed on those moments... now to think i never got those kind of feelings even from movies as a child. Maybe i should kill myself.

You should actualy pat yourself on the back because you dont fall for cheap storytelling tricks to hide awfull writing.

Sometimes it seems to me that most players here in the forums are more into edge-lord stuff, wanting both their characters and favorite NPCs to be shady and dangerous like Illidan or Sylvanas. I may have felt that way myself earlier in my life. But in an age where the world around us is so edgy and dangerous, I find myself drawn to the straight-up good guys.

Actually edgelords make me cringe even more.

    Shit, i'm the cringemaster.

In fact i'm more interested about those quest npc's sometimes... like different draenei rangaris. They are definitely not heroes, they just do their things and are good in it. Just i would like my own characters to be, not heroes or commanders, just succesfull adventurers/mercenaries who do important things but are not praised that much. Those who the commanders seek when they want things to be done.

Could be. I know WoW was really never targeted for me (there's different reasons i play this game) storytelling- or art-wise. I like to think that blizzard target demographic is same ...people who like marvel comics, laughable characters doing "cool" things. I never understood that, and never will. I may be no-life zero in real life, but i still have no need to be praised hero in games.

cause 3 out of 5 of those guns teleport you to a random place in Azeroth when used (If there were made by Goblins they would explode instead)

When all games, movies or books are "cheap storytelling", you are the problem not the material. Either you have issues you should work on or amazing talent and should write something to enlighten the world.

    Simple as that, really.

Considering how weapon sizes change depending on the race that wields said weapon, I assume
Tauren have theirs custom made, or they make them themselves.
