Think you are misunderstanding. It's not like people believe Republicans have segregated elevators at their convention or that this sign is in any way an expression of racism. It's just that this is a very funny image in the light of Trump being a racist bigot. I mean, the image had had no comedic effect if it was from the Democratic convention or if Mitt Romney had been the Republican presumptive nominee. It's all about context.

I was going to post something about changing the flag to non-offensive colors. All I could come up with was Grey, purple, blue and green. I eliminated orange because it may offend those melanin-challenged spray tanners.
