Shave with a smooth stone.
I'd say the ability to be yourself and know that there is nothing wrong with having a penis is a good start. Also, calling bullshit when you see it to.
Being feminine is fine, but it isn't manly. Acting as if being a man is a disease and you need women to tell you how to act is not manly. Just do you.
That's my interpretation at least.
If you think people in the past were different, you should read a bit of history. Entire wars were waged just because a couple of churches disagreed on how people should cross themselves. I prefer people expressing their being offended by a Twitter/Facebook/blog post, rather than bloodbath.
I couldn't handle foam dodgeball as a kid because I was too uncomfortable with being touched. And I look at some of these people and go "Come on, man up!" (And then they cry, because I used a masculine instead of gender-neutral term to refer to physical/emotional vulnerability)
One thing I notice about the younger generation these days is that a lot of them are self entitled little brats. I work in radiology at a local hospital and we get a lot of radiology students from a local university that do their clinicals there. Each new class that comes through every year, they all get lazier and lazier and expect more and more to just be handed to them. They don't want to put any effort into their work and then get pissed when you mark them down on their competencies they have to complete for a grade. And each new class becomes more and more mouthy too, thinking they know more about the job than the technologists who have been at it for years now.
And I've heard this is becoming a trend at several other radiology programs in the region (as well as nursing programs). Kids nowadays don't want to work as hard as they use too and expect everything handed to them on a silver platter. And when they don't get it, they go onto social media and bitch about how unfair the world is.
Is this fact?
Cause to my understanding, the majority of people are morons and only a few handfuls really do all the heavy lifting in the knowledge department.
I feel our mean education level has been stagnant a while.
Edit: and I was fucking wrong. I meant median. Thus helping to prove my point...sadly.
Or because shaving is annoying and/or greatly irritates some peoples skin so it's nicer to have a beard. And lets not forget all those women who's panties get wet for dudes with beards. But I guess men doing things that get them laid is probably beta kowtowing to feminists.
I don't think any generation in history is/was bigger pussies than the so-called "baby-boomers." Like omg you guys, when I was younger, America was governed in a way that promoted a robust middle class. Why can't everyone understand that if you just work harder and harder at your part time McDonald's job, you'll be a millionaire??? My parents bled and died for a living wage but why should you dirty millennials have one? Durrrr.
Don't get me started. No generation sucks harder than baby boomers. And that's saying something.
That was some bullshit...but it still exists. I mean, there was a thread about a guy apparently mad people are enjoying Pokemon too much. And fuckers still act like their assholes burn when they see a gay couple. And people get hurt feelings when you say you are not attracted to certain physical features.
You can argue we are the same level of pusification, but I don't think you can say the previous generations were worse.
Every generation had pussies and every generation will in the future have pussies.
It's just more noticeable with facebook and the internet being a thing. Now we get to hear about it everywhere.
I recall a guy with his wife at a bar; the wife was being hit on..hard by another guy (he had a bunch of friends with him). Husband decked the guy, broke his nose. The police and security (Me and several others) left without writing it up. (we did escort the idiot and his friends out of the place) We all agreed that the dude deserved his broken nose. Hubby and wife we left alone. (My supervisor and the bartender did apologize to the couple on behalf on the place)
I think people are getting bolder by the day.
