I forget how long it takes, but it'll be easy with a month and a half to go.

No bonus:
Questline in Dread Waste: 2520 to Anglers
Fish for Pagle: 43K/500 = 86 fish = 28.67 days
Autorep to Anglers via fish: 86 x 350 = 30100 to Anglers
Left over for dailies: 10380/250 = 42 dailies = 14 days

10% bonus:
Questline in Dread Waste: 2772 to Anglers
Fish for Pagle: 43K/550 = 79 fish = 26.33 days
Autorep to Anglers via fish: 79 x 385 = 30415
Left over for dailies: 9813/275 = 36 dailies = 12 days

20% bonus:
Questline in Dread Waste: 3024 to Anglers
Fish for Pagle: 43K/600 = 72 fish = 24 days
Autorep to Anglers via fish: 72 x 420 = 30240 to Anglers
Left over for dailies: 9736/300 = 33 dailies = 11 days

So for most people (the ones with +10%):
Do the quest line in Dread Waste, hand over 79 fish to Nat Pagle (can be done in 27 days, where you should do 3 dailies 12 of those days, thus hand in 36 dailies. This should give you maxed reputation with both factions and thereby save you some time to do other dailies.

MoP mount? Probably not, due to them being dailies and the rare fish being once a day aswell.

WoD mount? Yup, with luck and correct setup, you can do it in 2 days as I did.

What are you on about? It's just a couple of weeks of dailies for the MoP one. Also there are 3 rare fishes and those are easily caught in 20 mins each day

but people winged and kicked up a big stink when blizzard changed them so that they only work in their current expac.

in all ohnesty blizzard should have left them as only working in there current expac to begin with.
