It's popping up all over the place on social media that Stephen Colbert, dressed as a character frim the Hunger Games, crashed the RNC main stage, got on the mic and began the jokes, starting with " I know I'm not suposed to be here, but lets be honest- neither was Trump"
He was escorted out by security shortly after.

Considering the things he said, declaring "the republican national power hungry games are open!", I don't believe they would let him do that. They vet the jokes for approval.
