So Hyper Training is IV training? Holy shit. That's so freaking good to get the correct values for Hidden Power.

So many shinies that will now be viable yay!

To clear any misunderstanding, the feature seems to be working like this:

You get a pokemon to level 100.
Depending on the quality of the reagent you provide the shop, you get an increase to the IVs of the pokemon.
In the trailer, it is shown that a 0 IV in all stats pokemon jumps to 31 to all IVs instantly.

So, sadly, no modifications for Hidden Power from the look of things. Thankfully, you can now use those unfortunately IVed shinies though.

That still sounds pretty damn amazing, especially when it comes to legendaries and event mons, who can't have their IVs manipulated the way we do with breeding or genning.

Even if technically for example: maxing Attack for a Special mon is kinda bad because of increased confusion damage, I will still take that anyday over unlucky IV shinies and resetting legendaries.

Oh yeah, it's awesome. Those shinies sitting in the box because they have 20 IV in their certain stat will now rejoice. Not to mention that they become top tier trading material if you got many. Even knowing that you can do that in S&M, you can even NOW trade them.

Yep still got 5 left if anyone wants a cute pink sneasel. Best one so far wrt viability is 31/31/21/31/31/31 so not too bad but then I again I wanted perfect.
Arghhh so much time wasted. Not sure what to breed first but bisharp, rapidash, hydreigon, blastoise, porygon-z all look pretty cool. Never had a 6IV foreign ditto so porygon wasn't even on my to-do list but he may be bumped up pretty high because he's awesome!

First three rolled random stat on Attack, all 0-5 range.

Last two were decent, 29s and and they hatched back to back.
