Do Weapon Illusions drop in LFR?

We cleared most of HFC last night and no one got Illusion: Mark of the Bleeding Hollow from Kilrogg. Has Blizzard said if this and other WoD illusions will drop if LFR?

look in the dungeon journal, it will show if it drops or not

Not sure about the drop percent, but they can be bonus rolled.

The Warlords Illusions can drop in LFR difficulty but the Pandaria ones cannot.
