Floating Combat Text

Why would they remove the option to hide floating numbers? I REALLY dont want to see 89374520 green numbers flying around all over my screen every time one of my hots heals, or when I tranq. Is there an addon up to date that I can use to turn this off, since Blizz felt the need to take away that interface option? >

Fucking ridiculous that they remove options instead of adding more, now you have to download yet another addon to do basic things.

Why can't they add an option for "advanced character stats" and "basic character stats (what it is now)"? Now I need an addon just to see how much armor, attack power, etc my character has.

Also they literally pruned the interface option. Why can't they simply have an "advanced" tab?

I find it very annoying that someone honestly thought it was a good idea to remove this option. At least they explained the thought process behind removing the max camera distance (which was also a dumb decision)

Using that script seems like an unfair advantage over those who don't know about it. Blizzards vision for the game is that players use the tiny combat text so that option will probably be removed.

Proof it's bugged? I believe you but unless I see a blue acknowledging it I doubt it'd get fixed

They need to bring back the way floating combat text popped during Cata. I hate what they've been doing with it because of people complaining that "Numbers are too big". Turn off combat text then! I want my flashy, big numbers back damn it! We need advanced tabs for everything imo.
