Killing a team mate with Junkrat Mine

I know we have had a big patch recently and this is probably just a rare bug but its just bizarre how I managed to throw a concussion mine at an enemy to detonate but inadvertently killed outright my Genji team mate.

And now comes the dumb moment of why I didn't think of this earlier. An enemy genjii turned my hanzo ult on me so it only makes sense.. duh..

I think because the Genji can't blow it up, even though it's technically his concussive mine. So Junkrat gets to blow it up, meaning the game thinks it's his mine, even though it does damage as if the enemy Genji used it

Oh yeah you're right, forgot that it's not a "regular" mine that explodes on contact but something that has to be activated to detonate.

That shall explain.
