High Pressure Assassination Opener (Hemo/Bleed) PvP

    Talent Choices:

Level 15: Hemorrhage. Increases Bleed Damage by 25%, no brainer pick.

Level 30: I prefer to use Nightstalker, 20% movement speed increase and 50% Damage increase while stealthed is nice. the 4 PC Rogue set gives you 5 CP on Vanish. Will probably change in legion.

Level 45: Vigor. Increase your energy pool by 50 and regeneration by 10%. You don't need the other two because you're not going to be overcapping combo points in this spec.

Level 60: I prefer Elusiveness over Cheat Death because having a 30% mitigation on button press is more valuable than a 85% reduction every two minutes.

Level 75: Internal Bleeding. It's a bleed. Does more damage per combo point spent on it. Class fantasy yo.

Level 90: Exsanguinate. Twist your blades into the target making your bleeds tick 400% faster. Pretty freakin' brutal.

Level 100: I love Marked for Death. I probably wouldn't use Death from above or Venom Rush. Marked for Death has more utility than both.

    Opener:

Works both on melee and ranged:

Garrote > Hemorrhage > Mutilate to 5 CP > Rupture > Marked for Death > Kidney Shot > Exsanguinate. Pop Vendetta > Vanish and get 5 CP (providing you have 4 PC set bonus) > Envenom. After that, keep Hemo and Rupture up while using 5 CP Envenoms.

You might need to delay Kidney Shot if the opponent is stun immune. Everything is situational.

i find you're better off using vanish for a 50% stronger rupture for even crazier Exsanguinate damage

I'm pretty sure I still got my 5 CP when vanishing inside a BG. I'll have to check when I get home.

I don't think bleeds applied after Exsanguinate is used will be affected by the spell. "Twist your blade's into your target's wounds causing your effects on them to bleed out 400% faster" Meaning Exsanguinate only affects current bleeds on the target, not new ones.

Well, I may be wrong too! Since I don't have the 4pc anyways.. but if it works it's a bug i guess.

yeah im talking about putting up a 50% stronger rupture before popping Exsanguinate not after

Seems like the sequence of abilities would be weird for an opener though.

    Garrote>Muti>Hemo>Kidney( Maybe? )> Vanish > Rupture > Exsanguinate

It's better to take subterfuge and open with garrote into a hemo, into a cheap shot, and you'll have 4 or 5cps. If you want five toss a poisoned knife and rupture. Mutilate to 5cp kidney, exsang, mfd, envenom. Vanish and repeat if not dead

    Exsanguinate, 400% => 200% for PvP

This makes more sense for PvP indeed.

Is no one taking Deeper Stratagem for the increase damage damage from 6CP +the 10% bonus to rupture? I find it makes a huge difference.

I've taken Subterfuge too, so it's CS -> Garrote -> Muti -> Hemo -> Rup -> Exsang. That's been working really well for me.

I'll switch it up for Hunters and Pallies though and save Vanish/Exsang/Vendetta for after turtle/bubble and just reopen on them after that.

I took Prey on the Weak over Internal Bleeding, IB has negligible damage and PotW synergises better with Subterfuge, also allows for a bit more CC.

Does Master Poisoner affect Kingsbane? Because then it might become more attractive in that tier.

    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day

No it would be garrote > hemo > mut to 5cp > Vanish > Rupture > MfD > Kidney Shot > Exsang > Vendetta
