Many customers in general are shit. Not a gaming thing at all. My company has had to involve the police a few times because of death threats from emails on dissatisfaction from random bullshit. I am sure all companies have.

Thanks for the reply, and also thanks to all the other people who answered my question. I was suprised by his name being released, as he hasn't even been tried or convicted yet, so naming and shaming him seemed premature to me. Although after reading the chat logs I don't have any pity for the guy.
