    When EN opens, so sometime 2-3 weeks after launch most likely

    edit: I mean mythic+1 and above Mythic+0 is open from release

    Mythic+ opens same day as the first raid tier, 3-6 weeks after release. Exact times have not been announced yet.
    Normal mythic dungeons are open from day 1.
