Wurstsalat (Sausage Salad)
1 ring Lyoner Bologna
Pickles how ever many you want and 3-4 tablespoons of the pickle juice.
1 small onion
Cheese (I prefer Gouda)
White Vinegar 6 tablespoons
Olive Oil, or Sunflower oil 2-3 tsp
Pinch of sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp water
Salt and pepper
Cut and peel Bologna, onions, pickles, cheese and add into a big bowl. Add other ingredients, mix and let it sit in the fridge overnight covered. Enjoy with French Fries or Bread.
I make it before I leave for Classes, Work in the morning and eat it for dinner. Cheap, tastes good and lasts a few days in the fridge.
