You realize that one of the important proponents of the ACA was the expansion of state-funded insurances, right? I hope so, since you would prefer that people have it.

Please do me as a favor as a potential friend.

Look at what you just wrote...now look at the title of this thread. Do you really think that the gov't in its current state with its massive corruption in leadership, bloat, and excessive buercracy would be able to run that on a national scale, would you trust them?

Are we going to force doctors to accept medicare, what if they refuse to work for medicare compensation?

Hillary is just as or more divisive, as it benefits her to pander to anybody or group with a victim complex.

The poor do not all have cars.
    first point.

Congress would have to pass such measures, a president doesn't control the purse.

second point. That's why I said most.

Yeah, if you find both dead ends (and they can both be dead ends ... maybe Trump would find some leverage to do some of his crazy ideas, which would elevate him from joker status to a dangerous one), non voting is an option. But then still I would just shrow a vote to one of the independents ... just to stick it to those two.

My part in this story has been decided. And I will play it well.

Medicare is a national health insurance system for disabled and elderly. Medicaid is a state funded system with names like MediCal and Hawkeye care that was given money to expand by the Obama administration, but many Republican states refused the money. Usually based on income iirc.

She isnt corrupt she is GOP lite, thats the difference and anything you seem to be upset about on her such as these pay and get this and that well thats just typical GOP politics since she is after all a GOP lite and not a true progressive

But what is really interesting is how the far right can constantly tolerate the most outrageous acts of crimes and such from right wing candidates and as soon as a democrat or DINO says something they go all ballistic when GOP is guilty of far more.

We know hillary is shit and that she might loose the election we know that dont have to tell us something we already know we know we could have gotten a much more progressive SOCIALIST to become president of the USA and if trump wins we have paved the way for a socialist in 2020 thats a certain

As someone that has spent a lot of time in hospitals and undergone many surgeries, typically a facility is not worth going to if it's not up to Medicare standards or what is called a "Medicare approved facility". It's already one of the largest health insurance plans already. I'm just saying using it as the single payer system and eliminating the crooked private companies that try to deny your claims after you pay into them for years seems like a good idea.

Sorry to answer your question... Maybe. It's worked for 20 years for me

What do you mean, those two? If Trump wins, all that he and the country learns is that all you need is to be a loud asshole with a lot of money and people will do what you say, and if Clinton wins all the country learns is that corruption is an acceptable means if the alternative outcome is worse. Good teacher there.

This is how it actually works. It's like a meme affect that's basically peer pressure and bullying. That comes straight from the top down, and people do it, they regurgitate what they're told to believe.

I see this election as follows

"do you want to be shot in the left foot or the right foot"

I'll agree that the system needs to be fixed, but before we go handing trillions of dollars to the same gov't that refused to indict Hillary because..reasons, perhaps we should look at why healthcare is so expensive and work on fixing those specific problems.

I have this feeling that Trump will circumvent the three branch, checks and balances system and go to war against random countries without consulting congress like Bush did and issue a bunch of executive orders like Obama did. Hilary might be corrupt, but I'm not certain she wants to let the world burn

As someone who deals with them on a daily basis, no shit. But if you're talking about expansion of services to everyone, you're talking about medicaid. Medicare is fundamentally different in terms of how it is funded and distributed, and "expanding it to everyone" would basically mean dismantling it from the ground up and remaking it into something completely different.

I don't think so. Trump represents a bunch of ideas, most of them ridiculous, but so far he is devoid of corruption and the corporate filth that Clinton likes to abuse so much. It's a matter of both answers being wrong, but also a question of what do you hate more. Do you hate blatant corruption and disregard of ppl's opinions and interests more or do you hate retarded ideas more ?

My part in this story has been decided. And I will play it well.
