These two individuals falsified and fabricated information. And I mean, they did objectively use a fake government ID.
Not really interested in seeing them criminally charged, however.

First Amendment mentions the Press, "freedom of press shall not be abridged".
Even if they made some mistakes they did a public service by showing tax payers what was happening with their money.

By pro-life, of course you mean anti-choice religious fanatics.
EDIT: There can be no compromise, and no peace with religious fundamentalists. Especially those attempting to impose their unprovable beliefs on others by passing them into law.

as long as it's known they are a couple of frauds then w/e.
Using fake ID to fraudulently gain entry is something that probably should be criminal; that's not "speech", in any respect.
And I really can't describe "lying blatantly about what they found to defame Planned Parenthood in an ideological attack on women's rights" as a "public service". Maybe if they hadn't lied about what they "uncovered". But they so clearly did. That's still free speech, and not something they should be charged for (though libel is on the table), but it's absolutely not some "public service".
All this fuss over clumps of cells? sorry not sorry
Anyone who watched the videos and isn't a moron could see the heavy use of deceptive editing that happened in there. Quotes from completely different conversations were juxtaposed to create seemingly damning scenarios. Context was edited out. If you're making some kind of sting video and you have damning evidence, then supply a full, unedited conversation. Needing to splice 2-3 different conversations together in order to create a narrative is a heavy indicator that you're full of shit.
They did a service to nobody; it was actually libel.
Yey, people who lie for political purposes didn't get punished! Party on the street in 10 min!
