Shit happens. We expect police to be clairvoyant or something? Unless there's like a special hat for people with mental problems to wear, how is it fair to expect police officers who are dealing with someone who was reported to be groping multiple women, fighting with a cop using some construction shit he found, resisting arrest and running off.

He got his ass beat and then ended up in some distress that caused him to die. Will wait for the autopsy and SIU investigation before making any judgment. Calm yer tits.

Eyewitnesses say that two officers where beating him to the pulped and seemed to want him dead. Talk about contingency.
