A Russian hacker has claimed responsibility for the hack... he just passed the email data over to wikileaks. Afterall wikileaks are better at distributing that data.

The fact of the matter is, whether he raped anyone or not (and I, like so many, have my doubts that he did any such thing), it has absolutely nothing to do with WikiLeaks, and whether WikiLeaks is a) and amazing thing, and b) showing us the truth. Those are two completely separate things, and the former is being used to try and muddy the waters.

Whether Michael Jackson did something with underage kids has absolutely nothing to do with his music; he was a musical genius. An incredible musical genius. But, people can, and do, use the former to muddy the waters.

More than you obviously, e.g. that there wasn't just one case - which shows a pattern that is too familiar.

However, some other cases have reached the statue of limitations - since he has fled justice.

This indicates that Assange is too self-centered and likely has fallen into the trap of considering himself above justice - and while trying to accuse others. That is a dangerous combination - and failure to see that shows that many don't care about justice for all; especially not for the weak.
