    is paypal hacked or down?

The page is unresponsive to me and it seems it is redirected somewhere not safe. Can anyone confirm/deny?

It's working for me. You may have a virus.

I get put onto the AU version of Paypal, but it's working fine for me.
So not sure what is going on your end sorry.

It looks like a browser error on your end. Sometimes sites like facebook and cracked look like that to me too, like none of the graphics or anything load, and its just links and text against a white backround. Usually goes away after an hour/few reloads/restarting the the browser

    What's your third guess?

(it's up and running - more than likely an issue on your end - it would be for me if I was having trouble, tbh)

    1) You can't ping 'paypal.com'... try www.paypal.com
    2) Are you in Germany or something? I saw the /gr... May be a routing issue for you there, or as others said, virus/malware.

I can access https://www.paypal.com/gr/webapps/mpp/home just fine

Your ISP's losing packages on the route.
    Problem is on your end.

    PP is up and running.

The only thing fishy is someone who uses the most atrocious piece of software ever developed.... Norton.
If you use Norton and/or McAffee you deserve to have to /Format C: once a week lol

31 ms for all four pings when I tried.

Meanwhile, Spotify is telling me "Song not Available" for most things, and Netflix keeps getting stuck at 25%. Happens.

The Microsoft anti virus is pretty good and it's free.

Free? Then Avast is pretty much the way to go.

I use windows defender, never had an issue and it's free. I hate Norton, it's pretty much a virus.

update for me: after a few hours of sleep and trying any advise i found on the net paypal is fully functional.

I think it was a routing problem, but i don't know why.
