The woman is doing what is considered to be a controversial but very legal practice of dynastic gymnastics or baby yoga. It is in Russia. And while to some it may be child abuse, in Russia it is not. Therefore, Facebook is not "allowing a video to stay up of child abuse", they are allowing a video to stay up showing a legal practice in another country.

I don't have a lot of experience with babies, but the ones I have been around seem to go from 0-60 and then back again at the drop of a hat. And tbh the crying the baby was doing, didn't even seem half as loud and excruciating as what I've heard some babies make.

I watched it and it didn't bother me.

It's rougher than how I'd handle a kid but humans are tough things, and in some cultures (they sounded east-european to me) they are bit rougher with children.

I don't want to cast any judgement on it until medical specialists can shed some light on it.

A tiny error and the baby falls/gets hit by something, even if she is not hurting the baby (which I doubt) it's completely retarded and 100% child abuse

I doubt anything bad happened to the child. It weights what - 5 to 8 kg? I'm guessing hands, legs or head should be easily able to hold that weight.

People are forgetting the proportions between weight and size are much different for small babies. So, is there anyone with actual medical / anatomical knowledge here who can say this is bad for the kid?

What? No way the baby's neck can handle its body weight. Haven't you ever heard or seen PSAs that instruct people to never shake a baby? Babies are proportionately smaller than adults or even kids, but they're also much WEAKER than adults or kids. Babies are literally born so weak that they can't even really move on their own.
