Any news about the new TAB behavior?

Hi!

Guys this new TAB (to rotate mob selection) behavior is driving me crazy! I always ending selecting mobs really far away from me and this is making my game experience as tank and dps feels like shit!

Please, did anyone find out or did blizz give any hope about we can use the old method again?

Are you using the macro to try and target something, or just using it once to try and turn on the old behaviour.
Because it is the latter it is doing.

What the macro is doing is setting a CVAR, basically changing a setting.
Some are made visible through the UI for various graphics, interface behaviour.
Some are not, such as that.

You run the macro, once should be sufficient.
And then try the tab targeting.

You shouldn't even need a macro, just typing it into chat should work.
But I have not used it myself yet so can't comment on functionality.

I don't know.
If people are having that much of an issue with the tab targeting, and it is fixed by that.
Then it should be pretty easy to determine that.

Somehow even after using the console command, it's still not working like it used to. Tab targeting is driving me crazy!

Concerning that specific cvar, it should be a global / account-wide so you'd only need to set it once
