You really need to do some research. I live in a town with a very large population of hispanics and I would say maybe 10% are here illegally. The rest, born here or got their citizenship. The majority of illegal immigrants speak cone from Spanish speaking countries. The goal of a country's immigration policy should be to fill the needs of the country in question. There is 0 economic or social benefit of allowing people with that are largely uneducated and are not going to learn the language we speak here. That's not xenophobic, that's reality.
