Monk, but without healing spec, with worse mobility, less selfhealing, I think will be useless in Rated BG, only useful in 1-2 arena comps, 0 rootbreakers but have magic dispel. Tank spec will be hated by healers in raids because your hp bar is going to be like yoyo.
In raids havoc can be useful because thay have darkness and can soak damage with netherwalk
Numberwise we will see.

What I hope from the future:

Remove Demon Blades
Make Felblade base ability or have chooseing felblade turn fel rush into felblade.
Make Metamorphosis more interesting

Not DH specific, but make AP shared between all specs. If I get 10k AP for once spec, all my other specs get 10k too.
