I don't really know why but I kind of like Neptulon. 7/10 because he might play a role in a possible expansion versus N'Zoth (My theory is that Ozumat captured Neptulon and took him to N'Zoth that brainwashed our elemental lord and we'll have to cleanse him first to move on. Neptulon helping us against Burning Legion makes sense because N'Zoth can only gain profit from it - manipulating us to defeat his enemy while his forces may prepare to strike weakened Azeroth heroes)

Lol, after thinking about it, i feel REALLY generous for giving him a 4/10, considering what we got from him. Both Ragnaros and Al'Akir were better. Therazane was ok.

he was somewhat cool in the chronicles but he was boring in the throne of tides.
and i hate his comeback in legion, goodness.... gets eaten up by a giant hentai monster then then suddenly is back for no reason.
i prefer every other elemental lord over him.

4/10. Annoying in Throne of Tides. His story was unfinished and dropped for no reason (at least he had some funny remark about it at the start of Legion Alpha, but even that was too much storytelling competence for Blizzard). Thunderaan has more development than him.
