I saw this guy in Ebon Hold whos belcher turns into a monstrosity like Festergut/Rotface during DT. When I DT with Sludge Belcher, it looks just like Timmy used to. Is there something I'm missing?

Tier 2 and 4 Pieces change it as far as I am aware

It's the opposite - the 4 set? gives you the super ghoul with the red tinge to it, so the model must be locked in to the set bonus. Try unequipping your set armour and give DT another go, it should have Festergut model if you have the abomination as your talent. Originally Posted by Seruketo

Yeah it's definitely the set bonus because my DK doesn't have it and it turns into the festergut model. Can unequip the set and use dark abom, just to make sure.
