Dalaran relocation etc. Only on pre-release?

I saw here videos with Dalaran Relocation, Ulduar, Kara etc and i wonder.

They are events only on pre-release or they will be in Legion?

The quests are gradually unlocked leading upto release (Sure i read that somewhere), with the last quest being the relocation of Dalaran to the Broken Isles.

If you miss it during the pre-release, there is an NPC in Dalaran which you can go to and experience the story/lore quests after legion has launched.

So i don't lose anything, because i got only 10 days left with my sub.

You may miss the last quest if you skip on the last week before Legion, as they unfold on a week per week basis from now on until launch.

Not enough gold. Currently token balancing is on 70 - 80K on Argent Dawn EU.
