20% garrison XP potions on a level 1?

What's stopping a level 1 from:
- Using a Huge Ogre Cache (1000 GR)
- Getting a port to Warspear
- Having a friend fly them to his garrison
- Buying 10x 20% XP potions

I assume there is a reason why this is not possible because I've never seen anyone do this. Are you not able to go into someone else's garrison before you have your own?

EDIT: Not possible, Ogre Cache has a level 90 requirement that for some reason was not showing when viewed on a level 100 character.

I believe the part with port will be the tricky one. Remember we could not use portals to cata zones and pandaria since they had lvl restrictions.

If some one wants to go through all that, I dont see a problem. I wish there were more xp boosts in this game. Leveling is fucking dumb.

I've never tried it but I basically guarantee the quest chain to build the garrison is level restricted. Unless you mean the level 1 uses the higher level's garrison in which case I do not believe you can use the vendor in other people's garrisons and even if you could the item itself requires level 91 (and I think the GR item also has a level requirement).
