She is in therapy to go over some of her issues. This is one of the things she has struggled with for a long time.

Her and I sat down and had a very nice talk about it. I explained that my side of it, she explained hers. She is trying to get passed her issues with intimacy so we can have a healthier sex life.

The above is why I am with her. Her and I are able to communicate better than anyone else I've ever met. I was inching towards the proposition of an open relationship though. She approached me with the conversation about her issues before I worked up the nerve to suggest an open relationship.
